  • Consideration of VAT liability while providing IT services to foreign clients (B to B, B to C transactions) from Georgia.

Gela has daily practical contact with the issue of taxation of “Virtual Zone Persons” and “International Companies” (e.g. tax disputes, representation clients during tax inspections, performing written analysis of legislation), especially, from 2021, when this issue become relevant for the Georgia Revenue Service.
