Tax incentives for IT companies in Georgia were reviewed during the training
In particular, the following issues were discussed by Gela during the training session:
- Tax benefits of “Virtual Zone Persons” in Georgia;
- Tax benefits for International companies” in Georgia;
- Analysis of the latest methodical reference on the taxation of the “Virtual Zone Persons”
- Consideration of VAT liability while providing IT services to foreign clients (B to B, B to C transactions) from Georgia.

Gela has daily practical contact with the issue of taxation of “Virtual Zone Persons” and “International Companies” (e.g. tax disputes, representation clients during tax inspections, performing written analysis of legislation), especially, from 2021, when this issue become relevant for the Georgia Revenue Service. As a result of daily work on the above issues, Gela has gained significant experience in the direction of taxation VZP-s and IC-s, which he has gladly shared with training participants during the training session.
